What to Expect
Our Clinic is open and offering curbside services so we can continue to care for your pets.
Our dedicated doctors and staff will be available during regular business hours to provide essential veterinary services for your pet, with a few adjustments to your visit.
LIMITED LOBBY ACCESS
For the safety of our clients and staff members, our lobby is currently closed.
Upon arrival for your appointment please park in one of the marked “Appointment” parking spots and contact us via phone to let us know you have arrived. Please see Map. A nurse will be assigned to assess your pet and get a brief history. At that time, further instructions will be given by our staff.
Please have your pet restrained in a collar and leash or carrier in your car to help in transporting them safely to the clinic and transfer to an employee. Once the transfer occurs, we ask you return to your vehicle and await a phone call from your pet’s doctor or nurse.
For Prescriptions and Food Pickups
Upon arrival please park in one of the marked “Prescription/Food Pickup” reserved Parking located on the north side of our building. Please see Map. Contact us via phone to let us know you have arrived. Further instruction will be given by our staff.
